Ann Johansson is cycling solo from Sweden to New Zealand.
She set off on the 1st of April 2015 from Växjö, Sweden and headed East.
Her plan was to ride through 25 countries and span over 25,000 km.
In October 2015, after almost 7 months and 8,500 km, she injured her foot while cycling the Pamir Highway in Tajikistan.
Sadly, the local doctors in Tajikistan said is was broken and she was forced to fly back home to Sweden again.
After 3 months of rehab her foot healed and on the 8th of March 2016, she re-started her journey from her home in Ljusne, Sweden.
Ann is determined as ever to cycle to New Zealand.
