At the young age of five, Amy Tunstall lost her father to his battle with depression. Growing up, she was constantly exposed to society's negative perceptions of those struggling with mental health issues.
In response to these challenges, Amy founded Aim Outside
The Aim Outside project highlights how spending times outdoors can bring healing.
Over the past three years, Amy has completed a number of human-powered expeditions totaling over 17,000km. Each journey has raised money and awareness for the cause she is so passionate about.
Not only have her expeditions raised awareness about mental health issues, they've also enabled Amy to better manage her own anxiety and depression.
